Let’s face it - juggling work, life, parenting, and staying on top of your health goals is no small feat. That’s why I created this week’s realistic, high-protein meal plan: to help you eat well without overthinking it, overcomplicating it, or spending hours in the kitchen.
This plan is designed to fuel your body with whole, nourishing foods, keep your energy stable throughout the day, and support a healthy relationship with food. At just over 1500 calories, with a solid 103g of protein, it’s perfect if you’re looking to prioritise lean meals, balanced macros, and quick prep.
Here’s what’s on the menu:

Mediterranean Frittata
A flavour-packed start to your day loaded with protein, healthy fats, and leafy greens. Think eggs, feta, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and a sprinkle of herbs - it’s like a holiday on a plate. Keeps you full, focused, and out of the pantry at 10 am.

Mexican Beef Bowl
Lean beef mince seasoned with smoky spices, served with rice, veggies, and a dollop of sour cream. It’s high in protein, satisfying, and the kind of meal that makes you feel like you’ve got your life together.

Glazed Chicken Tacos
Tender chicken tossed in a sticky, slightly spicy glaze, served on soft tortillas with fresh salad and a squeeze of lime. On the table in under 30 minutes - and guaranteed to make you feel like you’re winning at life.

Snacks
Because... balance. A strong coffee with a splash of full cream milk and a touch of honey to hit that sweet spot, paired with crunchy apple and a salty popcorn snack bag. Covers all your cravings - sweet, salty, and caffeinated.
Why This Plan Works
High in protein to support satiety and lean muscle
Moderate in carbs and fats to fuel energy without excess
Easy prep - no chef skills required
Delicious recipes that don’t feel like “diet food”
Eating well should make your life better, not more stressful. These meals are here to support your health and your lifestyle. No guilt, no pressure, just real food that works for real life.
